Foto Feature: Pelham yards haunted by Halloween fantasies

People are preparing for Halloween with decorations all over the town. Many have decorated their homes from Chester Park to the southern end of Pelham Manor. Residents have creatively put up lots of skeletons—with gore, blow-ups or cobwebs—along with characters from movies and witches as well as classic pumpkins.
