We are competing against six other Westchester papers. The Local Community Newspaper category can be found under Community & Media.
You must vote in at least five categories for your vote to count. Other Pelham businesses up for the Best of Westchester award are: The Picture House Regional Film Center, Thrive Barre & Fitness, Pencil Projects Architecture Studio, Premier Music Studio, Tig & Peach, DeCicco & Sons, Anna & Jack’s Treehouse, Paws on Fifth, Meridian Risk Management, La Gravinese Jewelers and Westchester Floral Decorators. (If you’re a nominated local business not listed here, please let us know, and we will update the story.)
The Examiner was nominated via Westchester Magazine’s readers’ ballot held in December and January. The top six vote-getters in each category moved onto this final round, where the public can vote from Feb. 13 to March 3 to decide the “best of” in each category.

The Pelham Examiner has proven time and time again just how vital publically accessible, unbiased, journalism is. It is an honor to be an alumn, and such a pleasure to see how the paper has grown and matured with every new year of leadership. It is still, and will forever be, the first news source I turn to when I want to be informed quickly. The effort, passion, and dedication of all of the staff members on this paper is evident, and I am so pleased to see it get the recognition it deserves.
To the staff, please remember that you are making a great difference with every word you type, and every article you publish. Thank you for all you do to keep us informed. I wish you all the best!
