Allan Drury of Con Editon provided the following update on Thursday: “We interrupted service to 16 customers from 4:50 p.m. to 6:28 p.m. yesterday, so that our crews could repair the equipment. All customers are in service.”

Households in the area of Clay Avenue and Oak Lane were without power after a Con Edison transformer caught fire on Wednesday.

The Pelham Manor Fire Department responded and got the situation under control, the Village of Pelham Manor said in an email.

Questions on power outages should be directed to ConEd online, through their mobile app or via telephone at 1-800-752-6633, the village said.
