“It’s official, the New York State Department of Transportation has begun its paving project on Boston Post Road (Route 1),” according to a Village of Pelham Manor email. “For the duration of the project, roadway work will take place Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. This type of paving project is an infrequent experience as this type of capital project has a long-lasting useful life. It has been many years since this area of roadway has received this level of attention, and we are grateful to realize this project for our community.”
