It is with great anticipation we provide an update to our community on the restoration work in the parking lot at Four Corners, which is owned by Friedland Properties. The property management company has awarded the final phase of the project to a construction company to carry out restoration. The construction company appeared at Village Hall today to file for the required permits. Everything was in order and the permits were issued on-the-spot. The construction company has begun staging their equipment at the site, and will begin their work tomorrow. It is anticipated the sidewalk that is alongside the length of the building will be open to pedestrians by the end of the month. The project as a whole is expected to be fully complete by mid-October.
We know this has been a trying situation for our community and we remain hopeful to see the site fully restored. In the meantime, please be mindful as you navigate the area as construction should be consistently occurring over the next month.
