The Board of Education will meet at 8:15 pm on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 in PMHS Alumni Hall on the ground floor of Pelham Memorial High School, 575 Colonial Avenue, Pelham, NY 10803. Prior to the public meeting, the Board is expected to meet in Executive Session at 7 pm in the Superintendent’s Conference Room in the Central Office, 18 Franklin Place, Pelham, NY 10803.

At the meeting, the Board is expected to take action related to bids for general construction of the new Hutchinson School and roof and masonry repairs at Pelham Memorial High School and Pelham Middle School.

In addition to Dr. Champ’s Superintendent’s report, the agenda may include updates from each School Board committee, Finances and Facilities, and the three goal areas of the Strategic Plan: Cultural Competence, Authentic Learning, and the Whole Child.

The Board may also review and/or approve the following policies: 7510 – Student Health Services (Third Reading); 7511 – Immunization of Students (Third Reading); 7512 – Student Physicals (Third Reading); 7513 – Administration of Medication (Third Reading); 7515 – Head Lice (Third Reading); 7131 – Education of Homeless Children and Youth (First Reading); 7522 – Concussion Management (First Reading).
