A talk explores the life and times of Alexander Hamilton  — founding father, first Secretary of the Treasury, political philosopher  —   close to the anniversary of the infamous duel with Aaron Burr in 1804.

A Clash of Cultures:  Anne Hutchinson’s Brief Life near St. Paul’s Church.  A presentation exploring the interface between the local Lenape Indians, the Dutch commercial colony of New Netherland and the Puritan rebel, exile Anne Hutchinson, near St. Paul’s Church, in the 1640s

A presentation by Alison L. Cowan, journalist and historian, about the remarkable story of Deborah Sampson, a woman who disguised herself as a man, and fought in the American army during the Revolutionary War.
