Adina Sasson takes 2nd with essay on banning leaf blowers in New York Conference of Mayors’ ‘If I Were Mayor’ contest

Congratulations to eighth grader Adina Sasson who took home second place in the New York Conference of Mayors’ “If I Were Mayor” essay contest. In her essay, Adina proposed a ban on gas powered leaf blowers to aid the environment and prevent health issues.
