Editor’s note: This press release was provided by the Pelham Union Free School District.

The Board of Education is seeking interested candidates to fill vacancies on several committees for the 2020-21 school year.

Seats for community members exist on the Audit, Authentic Learning, Bond Steering, Community Engagement and Advocacy, Cultural Competence (formerly Diversity), Facilities/Athletic Facilities, Safety and Security, and Wellness committees.

More information about each committee is available on the District website. Please note that all committees will meet virtually for the 2020-21 school year.

Volunteering to serve on Pelham Public Schools committees is a good way to become involved with the school community and help guide the important work that takes place in our District each year.

If you are interested in serving, please complete this Google Form by October 8, 2020. Volunteers who served during the last school year and who would like to continue are also asked to submit a new application for this school year.

The Board will review all applications and select the top candidates to fill the open vacancies.
