Bushong’s new Town House restaurant to offer sneak peak this weekend during ArtsFest

October 2021 – New Rochelle, NY – Town House, a vibrant multi-floor restaurant, bar, event space, and cultural hub that will be a central meeting place for food and drink, art, music, conversation, and events in the heart of downtown New Rochelle will open its doors to the public for a sneak peek during the New Rochelle Council on the Arts (newrochellarts.org) highly-popular ArtsFest weekend (October 15 – 17, 2021).
ArtsFest 2021 will bring the New Rochelle and Pelham communities alive with gallery shows, live music, films, dance performances, and so much more. On Saturday, October 16 and Sunday, October 17 from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm Town House will display art by local New Rochelle artist Selena Lozano with the artist on-hand to discuss her work. In addition, a series of regional musicians will perform throughout the evening and attendees will be able to sample small bites from Town House’s chef and New Rochelle native Chris Dos Reis, as well as enjoy complimentary beer and wine.
“One of the founding principles of Town House is to be an open, welcoming, central spot where culture, creativity, and community come together,” said Town House partner Clayton Bushong. “As an intersection of delicious food and drink, art, music, and diverse dialogue, it made complete sense for us to partner with the NRCA for a first sneak peek of our restaurant during ArtsFest weekend – we can’t wait to open our doors to the public in early 2022.”
“Our popular ArtsFest weekend is back and stronger than ever,” said Theresa Kump Leghorn, President of the New Rochelle Council on the Arts. “After having to cancel last year due to the pandemic, we are so looking forward to bringing the community together for the shared unique experience that only an ArtsFest weekend can provide. It’s so exciting to have new venues like Town House involved in this vibrant celebration of art and culture and I personally can’t wait to check it out.”
Town House, centrally located in New Rochelle’s flouring Arts District at 559 Main Street, will be open for private parties for the 2021 holiday season and will open to the public in early 2022. For private party inquiries please email [email protected] .
