One lane to close both ways on Hutchinson River Parkway exits 4-7 Fri. night to Sat. noon

One Lane Expected to Close Along Hutchinson River Parkway in Pelham and Mount Vernon, Westchester County

The New York State Department of Transportation is advising Westchester County motorists to expect one lane to close along the Hutchinson River Parkway northbound and southbound between Exit 4 (Boston Post Road/US Route 1) in the Village of Pelham Manor and Exit 7 (Pelhamdale Avenue) in the City of Mount Vernon, beginning Friday, November 19 at 10 p.m. through Saturday, November 20 at 12 p.m., to facilitate drainage work, weather permitting.

Motorists are urged to slow down and drive responsibly in work zones. Fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone.  Convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver license.
