Rotary Club of the Pelhams invites the community to Rotary Day at Pelham Art Center from 5-7 pm this Wednesday, May 11 with free finger food and beverages celebrating the club’s 75th Anniversary Year.

Chartered on January 17, 1947, Pelham Rotary Club of the Pelhams is well known for its philanthropy. Rotary members have volunteered for projects locally and internationally.

Locally, the Rotary Club spearheaded the campaign to build the Pelham Town Gazebo and it awards a $12,000 scholarship to a graduating senior at Pelham Memorial High School.

Internationally, the Rotary Club has raised more than $240,000 over 16 years with proceeds from its wine and food Tastings events to fund Gift of Life heart surgeries for foreign children.
