PELHAM, NY (August 18, 2022) – Today, the Toonerville Music Festivalannounced its complete line-up for the September 17th event featuring a mix of global, national, regional and local acts for audiences of all ages. Hosted on Municipal Lot #7 behind Rockwell’s American Restaurant from 12:00pm – 10:00pm, the experience will feature two stages, pop-up food activations and family-friendly activities, establishing Pelham as a destination for music lovers. The festival is produced by The Pelham Civic Association, a local not-for-profit serving the needs of the community.

Headlining the festival will be Living Colour, whose 1990 single “Cult of Personality” won four Grammy Awards. Other featured acts include Eliza & The Delusionals, Strand of OaksCosmic Guilt, The Lonely Together, Lizzie & The Makers and Today’s Outfit, rounding out the bill with styles ranging from indie to country, new wave to folk rock.

The festival will also lift up talents from the tri-state area and within Pelham itself. New York-based Saccharine, Warren Banholzer, Andrew Cole & The Bravo Hops, The Stellar Wolfs and Liam Ginsburg & The Delay will all take to the stage to bring their distinct voices to the festival.

“We created Toonerville to bring the community together, but also to put Pelham on the map musically,” said the Pelham Civic Association’s Jason Jeffries, head of the festival organizing committee. “The degree to which the town has rallied around this event — all while raising funds to support our neighbors in need — is truly inspiring.”

Toonerville also seeks to serve as a platform for discovery with its Young Artists Spotlight, shining a light on rising young stars within the community including Sade Fox, Matty Reynolds, Smoke & Storm featuring S Tapogna, Naiya Gonzalez Breen and Clare Pachuta.

Toonerville is made possible through the generous support of festival sponsors Treehouse Sweet Shop and Cereal Bar, Anna & Jack’s Treehouse, Captain Lawrence, XANADU, Rockwell’s American Restaurant, Suburban Carting Co., DaniLee’s Helping Hands, Caffe Ammi, The Body Blueprint, Manor Auto, Meridian, New York Presbyterian, Westchester Collision & Recovery, Windsor Management, Vivenu, Liquid Death, Michael Lamy, Pelham Violins, Shoreline Publishing, Pelham Examiner, Symmetry Physical Therapy, The Capitol Theatre, Premier Music Studio and Sunshield Energy Control Systems.
