The Town of Pelham, in conjunction with the fire and police departments of the villages of Pelham Manor and Pelham, along with Pelham Post #50 of the American Legion, held Sunday the town’s annual remembrance ceremony of the 9/11 terrorist attacks at the 9/11 Memorial on Harmon Avenue.
