SOOP Theatre Company is seeking student volunteers, grades 8-12, to help backstage during its upcoming production of LION KING JR (www.sooptheatre.org) being performed at Iona University Sommer Center, 171 White Plains Rd, Bronxville, NY  (6 minutes from the 530 Studios in Pelham).  Students would be needed for any or all of the following:  Sunday, 3/12, 12pm -6pm (lunch provided), Monday, 3/13 – Thursday, 3/16, 5pm – 8pm, (Show dates) Friday. 3/17, 6pm – 9:30pm, Saturday, 3/18, 1pm – 4:30pm / 6pm – 9:30pm (two show day) AND Sunday, 3/19, 1pm – 4:30pm.  Jobs will include moving scenery and helping with organizing costumes/make-up.

All students will earn volunteer hours for their school; Show t-shirts will be given to each volunteer (must do a minimum of three days) as well as an honorarium to those who volunteer for the full week.
