Village of Pelham seeks volunteers for architectural review board

Are you a resident of Pelham who wants to be help us create and maintain the beautiful architectural style of our community? If so, the Village of Pelham is currently seeking volunteers to serve on the Architectural Review Board (ARB). Apply Now!

The Architectural Review Board (ARB) is comprised of five resident volunteers who are appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Village Board of Trustees for a term of three years. The Purpose of the Architectural Review Board is to advise and assist village officials and agencies in administering Chapters 75 and 77 of the Village Code, reviewing and evaluating site plan applications to ensure compatibility and harmony with neighboring structures and properties. They also advise on various architectural questions at the request of the Village Board of Trustees or the Buildings Department.
