What kind of downtown do you want? Take Village of Pelham/Chamber of Commerce survey funded by county grant

The Village is excited to continue our collaboration and partnership with the Pelham Chamber of Commerce to help shape and revitalize our downtown. Part of the Business FIRST Downtown Improvement Grant (DIG) we received from the Westchester County Office of Economic Growth is planning and better understanding what YOU want in our downtown. JGSC Group, the consultancy working with us, created a survey to fill out: https://tinyurl.com/mr3557z9. By filling out this survey, your voice will help make a positive impact and shape the future of our downtown. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey and share it with your friends.

Thanks in advance for your participation!

The survey is a good start, but misses the mark in the questions.
There should be more questions that are qualitative.
There should be many more questions on what we DO NOT Want.
There should be questions about programing of places and spaces: What would bring you to the Library more often? What would bring you to the downtown area more often? What do we think of the traffic in downtown? Is there enough Parking or too much, or in the wrong place?
Did you like the outdoor dining that we had in Covid period? Would you like to see this return to activate the streets?

Lastly, will there be any public hearings on this topic?

Excellent points, Jorge. I would also be eager to participate in a public process, and hope that there are ample opportunities to do so.
