Firefighter Donald Swartout thanked by Pelham Manor board as he retires after serving almost 33 years

Firefighter Donald Swartout’s final walk from the Pelham Manor Firehouse.

At Monday’s meeting, the Pelham Manor Board of Trustees thanked Firefighter Donald Swartout for his nearly thirty-three years of service with the Pelham Manor Fire Department. Trustee and Fire Commissioner Tim Case attended FF Swartout’s final walk from the Pelham Manor Firehouse. Deputy Mayor Breda Bennett and Trustee D.J. McLaughlin, accompanied by his young son, Daniel, also attended the meaningful event.
