Pelham, NY— It’s with great pleasure that Mimi & Scott Humphrey announce the grand opening of Shea Station, a delightful new café dedicated to fostering community, inclusivity, and an extraordinary coffee culture.
Inspired by their youngest son Shea’s journey and his enthusiasm for people and zest for all things Pelham, Shea Station was born out of a desire to create a beautiful, welcoming place for the community to gather over great coffee and an opportunity for their son, Shea to work and thrive. “We wanted to create a place where everyone feels a bit better after walking through its doors. In time, we hope to provide a space where individuals of all abilities can come together, connect, and contribute to something meaningful.”, said Mimi Humphrey
The café, located in the Pelham Train Station, will be open Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and weekends from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. They will offer a diverse menu, including espresso drinks, nitro cold brew, ceremonial matcha, protein smoothies, and gluten-free, vegan, sweet, and savory treats.
The grand opening celebration will take place on Saturday, March 2nd at 10am with coffee and treats beginning at 8am. All are welcome to attend and experience the warmth, creativity, and community spirit that define Shea Station.
“We’re thrilled to invite the community to join us for the grand opening of Shea Station,” says Dan Carlton, COO. “This café has been years in the making, and we can’t wait to share it with everyone.”
