Fall Cocktail Party

Friday, September 13, 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Welcome autumn at the mansion with the Bartow-Pell Conservancy. Stroll the gardens at twilight and enjoy conversation while sampling hors d’oeuvres and sipping cocktails. This year’s signature cocktail, Appletini, will be served in honor of our newly established apple orchard. Registration requested.

Red Monkey Theatre Group Presents Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night

Directed by Tal Aviezer, this site-specific production enables audience members to follow the play and its unforgettable characters through Bartow-Pell’s interior and grounds. Shakespeare’s last comedy is a hilarious, bittersweet masterpiece filled with grand celebrations and intimate secrets. The production will be set in the 19th century to compliment the mansion, and will feature an all-female cast, original music composed and performed by Lauren Anker with period costumes created by Carolyn J. Fuchs. Registration Required.

Fall into Fall Harvest Festival

Saturday, October 12, 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Come celebrate autumn in the park at the mansion. Bartow-Pell is hosting an indoor/outdoor festival of fall delights for all ages. There will be music, crafts, games, and seasonal treats, including fresh cider from our outdoor press, refreshments, and a pie-baking contest. Help harvest the season’s final bounty, ride a horse-drawn wagon, and pick your own pumpkin from Bartow-Pell’s pop-up pumpkin patch. There’s something for everyone!
