Snapshot: Tree topples in Pelham Manor, damaging transformer and causing power outage

Power was out in the area of Manor Circle in Pelham Manor Saturday after a tree fell, damaging a transformer, according to a Pelham Manor Police Department message sent via Nexle. Con Ed was on the scene working to repair the transformer, with no time known for completion, police said.
