High school to continue all-virtual learning through Dec. 9 after more Covid-19 cases
Pelham Memorial High School will continue fully virtual instruction through Dec. 9, Principal Mark Berkowitz announced in an email on Friday.
According to Berkowitz, after new Covid-19 cases were detected, the school “does not have sufficient staff to operate the school due to the associated quarantines.” The individuals who tested positive were last in the building Nov. 25, the day the high school switched to all-virtual learning.
All students who need to quarantine have been notified at this time. The high school is scheduled to return to the hybrid learning model on Dec. 10.
