PMHS junior Mia Orlando was named an All-American high school player by USA Lacrosse Magazine.

The list includes the top 500 lacrosse players in the country, with each player voted in by area officials and coaches selected from their region.

In sectional honors, sophomores Taylor Green and senior Emma Crotty were named All-Section and senior Riley Teller to the All-League list.

“It’s an amazing honor to be named a USA All-American,” said Orlando. “It really validates all the hard work and hardships I’ve gone through this year to get here. The selection means a lot to me, and it proves that good things come to those who work for it.”

Despite still being a junior, Orlando has already committed to the University of Villanova for lacrosse, where she hopes to continue her success.
