The coaching staff of Monsignor Scanlan High School is offering a basketball camp for boys and girls ages 8-14 this summer. This is a great opportunity for players to work on individual skills and team play.
The camp will take place from Monday, July 31st through Friday, August 4th from 9 AM to 4 PM at Monsignor Scanlan High School, 915 Hutchinson River Parkway Bronx, New York in the Gallagher Gymnasium. The gym is named after long-time Pelham resident, Chris Gallagher, who is Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He serves alongside Joe Solimine, another long time Pelham resident and the Vice Chairman of the Board.
Coach Mitchell, coach of the powerhouse Scanlan varsity boys’ basketball team, and Mercedes Dukes, coach of the Scanlan girls’ varsity basketball team, two-time defending CHSAA New York City Champions, oversee the camp.
