My name is Tim Case, and I’m honored to be running for re-election as Pelham Manor Trustee. My wife, Joanne, and I have lived in Pelham for 23 years, where we’ve raised our three wonderful sons—Brad, Will, and Timmy, who is currently a junior at Pelham Memorial High School.
I have a long record of community service in Pelham. For the past 15 years, I’ve been an active member of the Pelham Civic Association, serving in multiple leadership roles. I ran the golf outing for 10 years, served four years as Vice President of Fundraising, and am proud to currently serve as President of this outstanding organization. In addition, I coached Pelham Little League for 18 years and Pelham Youth Hockey for many seasons.
My public service also includes 10 years in Town Government—two as Town Clerk and eight as a Councilman on the Pelham Town Board. As Recreation liaison, I helped our Recreation Department significantly expand its programming, and I also served as liaison to—and board member of—Pelham Together.
I’m running for re-election because I truly love Pelham Manor and want to continue the progress we’ve made over the past two years. One of my top priorities is advancing our water mitigation efforts. Two years ago, we completed a comprehensive village-wide drainage assessment, and since then, we’ve allocated more than $3.2 million to address critical projects. We’ve made measurable progress, but there’s still more work ahead. Several major projects are now underway, and our Board remains 100% committed to doing what’s best for Pelham Manor—while maintaining strong fiscal responsibility.
As Fire Commissioner, one of my proudest accomplishments has been helping our department achieve an upgraded ISO (efficiency) rating. This improvement not only reflects the dedication of our firefighters but also directly benefits residents by qualifying homeowners for lower home insurance premiums. We’re also preparing to take delivery of a new tower ladder truck, replacing the one purchased in 1974. We’re proud to make this important investment in public safety—without incurring any new debt.
I’m equally proud to be running alongside Jen Monachino Lapey and DJ McLaughlin—two smart, capable, and hardworking individuals who embody honesty, dedication, and care for our community.
Our record speaks for itself, and we’re eager to continue serving you. I respectfully ask for your vote to re-elect Jen, DJ, and me on November 4th, so we can keep building a stronger, safer, and more vibrant Pelham Manor—together.
