The Pelham Manor Democrats are proud to announce Chris Dlutowski and Ryan Kurtz as their candidates for Village Trustee in the November 2026 election. They will run on the Democratic and independent Manor Together ballot lines.
Both candidates bring a proven record of leadership, professional expertise, and community involvement, along with a shared commitment to preserving what makes Pelham Manor special while building a strong future for all residents.
Chris Dlutowski is an engaged resident of Pelham Manor and the proud father of two Siwanoy students. Chris is the President and a board member of the Pelham Art Center and an active member of the New York Athletic Club. As an attorney, Chris represents investors such as NYC retirement systems in their investment matters. He relishes getting deals done and looks forward to applying that can-do attitude to the Manor Board of Trustees.
Ryan Kurtz is a dedicated father of two and active community member, including coaching soccer and supporting Pelham Pride. A seasoned employment attorney and former public defender, he advises boards and executives on personnel matters, governance, and litigation, and is committed to ethics, accountability, and making the Manor a vibrant, welcoming place for all.

The general election will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Pelham Manor voters can vote early, October 24 – November 1, or on Election Day at Our Lady of Perpetual Help (OLPH) Church Gym, 575 Fowler Ave.
