The Board of Education will meet at 8:15 pm on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 in the Pelham Middle School Library, 28 Franklin Place, Pelham, NY 10803. Prior to the public meeting, the Board is expected to meet in executive session at 7 pm in the Superintendent’s Conference Room in Central Office, 18 Franklin Place, Pelham, NY 10803.

At the meeting, the Board will hold a state-mandated hearing on the 2019-20 Proposed Budget. Additionally, the Board is expected to award a contract for site preparation work for the Hutchinson School project.

In addition to Dr. Champ’s Superintendent’s report, the agenda may include updates from each School Board committee, as well as reports on 21st Century Learning and Professional Development, Networks of Support and Social-Emotional Development, and Finances and Facilities.

The Board may also review and/or approve the following policies: Policy 7132 – Non-Resident Students (1st reading); Policy 5411 – Contracting for Professional Services (Third reading/Adoption).
