Pelham Manor police list Halloween night parking restrictions

Residents should know that parking will be temporarily restricted along both sides of Plymouth Street from Boston Post Road to Hudson St. and along both sides of Jackson Ave. from Highland Ave. to Peace St. from 4 PM until 12 Midnight on Halloween night this year.
