Location: 9th AVENUE BT VAUGHN AV & LINCOLN AV – PELHAM VILLAGE
Est. Start Date: 3/23/21
Contractor Name: Riggs Distler & Co, Inc.
Con Edison Construction Supervisor: S. KAHN
Job Identification: WG19015294

A Con Edison contractor will be working in your neighborhood for the next several weeks on a gas construction project. The work is scheduled to start Tuesday March 23, 2021 with an anticipated completion within 4 weeks. Con Edison and Riggs Distler are committed to your safety. We have developed additional precautions and exposure controls, including increased PPE and disinfection protocols, to ensure the safety of your household and our employees to prevent further spread of COVID – 19.

While we work, we’ll need to store supplies and equipment along the road in some areas. Please allow extra time in the morning if you need to leave your home in case we are unloading material in the area and blocking your driveway. We also may need to excavate your sidewalk, driveway or lawn area. If your property is affected, we will restore it.

If you have questions about the upcoming work, or private facilities buried in your lawn, such as sprinkler lines or electric dog fences, you may reach [email protected]

During the work, we may need to interrupt gas service temporarily. We will notify you in advance if your service will be affected. We will need access to your home to restore your gas service, and we will work with you to accommodate your schedule. If you are not home when work is completed and need your service restored, or have questions about landscaping or paving restoration after the work is completed, please call 1-800-75-CONED (1-800-752-6633) referencing the job identification number listed above. Please note that there is usually a delay between the end of the project and the final landscaping or paving restoration, which is completed by different contractors.

We are committed to working closely with you to minimize any inconvenience, and we thank you for your patience.
