Meteorologist Allan Reppert will speak on Monday, May 10 at 7:30pm in an open-to-the-public meeting about how the AccuWeather report can forecast pollen an air quality as well as forecast the weather.

An alum of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Mr. Reppert assisted in developing the pollen casting programming that can be seen across many of Accuweather’s products.

He interned with AccuWeather for two years before starting full-time. He has experience forecasting across the globe for many different industries, from television forecasts for major television stations. radio stations, forecasts for energy clients, and the public and private sectors.

His other interests mainly involve outdoor sports, especially the Penn State Nittany Lions.
