National Police Week Appreciation

Next week is National Police Week! We pause to thank the dedicated officers who protect and serve us each day, as well as the fallen. National Police Week was established in 1962 by a joint resolution of Congress.  At Monday’s Board of Trustees meeting, the Village will recognize Pelham Manor Police Officers who have served with distinction. Police Chief Jeff Carpenter will issue Letters of Commendation to Police Officers Ryan Witte, Edward Witkowski and Nicholas Schwartz, and the Board will award Police Officer John Luiso a Class “A” Citation. The meeting will be broadcast live at 8:15 p.m. on FiOS Channel 46 and Optimum Channel 75 and streamed live on Facebook and Vimeo.
