Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum will be decorating for the December holidays and we need your help! Please consider decorating a tree in one of our landmarked period rooms. This year’s tree theme is BAUBLES AND BLING since Bartow-Pell is known as #bronxjewel and #hiddentreasure within the community. We are inviting designers to use the theme as a launching point to decorate their trees. The tree decorations do not have to be literal; we are hoping decorators will devise imaginative ways to interpret the idea and design trees that will be fun, fanciful, and a magical treat for visitors of all ages. There are ten trees throughout the mansion that vary in size, including a 10 ft tree in the carriage house.

Tree selection is on a first come, first serve basis. Please let us know if you are interested in decorating a tree and we’ll be happy to help you choose a room, provide details, and schedule a time for you to visit. You might consider decorating a tree with your little elves or some friends and family.
