On June 14, Pelham Memorial High School held an athlete decision day for students continuing their athletic careers at the next level. This year, PMHS had 18 college commits from a variety of sports. The list of committed athletes:

Eileen Mazzaro – Villanova University women’s field hockey

Tessa Loria – Colby College women’s lacrosse

William White – Ohio Wesleyan University men’s lacrosse 

Frankie Cipriano- American International University men’s baseball 

Ben Levine – Wesleyan University men’s cross country 

Josiah Campbell – SUNY Cortland men’s football 

Alexander Anderson – University of Buffalo men’s rugby 

Will Otondi – SUNY Binghamton men’s rugby 

Emiliano Caltenco – La Salle University men’s crew.

Erik Roksvold – SUNY Plattsburgh men’s rugby 

Cameron Stanford – Ithaca College men’s crew

Timmy Lyons – Fairfield University men’s rugby

Katherine Alexander – Stanford University women’s crew 

Ellery Mcspendon – Fairfield University women’s crew

Emma Spencer – Georgetown University women’s crew

Maya Spunberg – University of Pennsylvania women’s crew

PMHS enjoyed a successful year in athletics highlighted by the athletes mentioned above, including a state championship in ice hockey, women’s crew team placing fifth in nationals, a state championship in rugby and a section championship in boys lacrosse.
