An accidental structure fire on Iden Avenue on Friday afternoon closed off that street and Wolfs Lane.

Both streets have since been reopened to traffic.

The Pelham Manor and Village of Pelham fire departments were dispatched to the scene, along with additional mutual aid units from New Rochelle, Mount Vernon and Yonkers. Con Edison was also present.

“We had the fire under control in an hour,” said Pelham Manor Fire Chief Micheal Greco.

No injuries occurred. The family has been displaced for the time being.
