Everyone’s vote is important. If you or your college student need an absentee ballot, absentee ballot requests can still be made. Requests can be requested in person at the Westchester County Board of Elections through November 5. Absentee ballot request forms can be downloaded here. 

The Westchester County Board of Elections office and mailing address is: Westchester County Board of Elections, 25 Quarropas St., White Plains, NY 10601. If you are requesting an absentee ballot in person, the Westchester County Board of Elections has extended their hours.

• Saturday, Nov. 3, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Once your ballot request is made, the absentee ballot will be mailed to you. Completed ballots must be postmarked by November 5 (and received by November 13) or hand delivered to the Westchester County Board of Elections at 25 Quarropas Street in White Plains by November 6.
