Speak up

The Village of Pelham Manor continues to be committed to fostering a safe and welcoming community for all.

Westchester County has launched bias crime initiative, #SpeakUpWestchester. While hate incidents do not always violate the law, they should always be reported by those targeted and bystanders. Please help us spread the word about the resources available to Westchester residents:

  • If you need emergency assistance, please call 911
  • If you were the victim of a violent attack or any crime, call the Pelham Police Department at (914) 738-1000 (the non-emergency number of the Pelham Manor Police Department).
  • If you were the victim of an incident of bias, hate or discrimination, call the Westchester County Human Rights Commission at (914) 995-7710 or email [email protected]. You may also report an incident anonymously at www.westchestergov.com/biasreporting.
  • If you are a victim or witness of a hate crime or bias incident, please call the District Attorney’s office at (914) 995-TIPS or visit www.WestchesterDA.net

Please join us in sharing this information with your neighbors and friends. We must all do our part to make clear that Pelham Manor is a safe and welcoming community for all.
