The annual Pelham Olympics returns to Glover Field on Saturday, May 30 from 9 AM to noon, bringing a morning full of fun, friendly competition, and community spirit for Pelham’s youngest athletes. Hosted by the Pelham Civic Association, the event (expecting over 200 student athletes) invites children from kindergarten through 5th grade to participate in exciting activities including tug-of-war, sack races, frisbee tosses, football ring tosses, running races, and more. Every participant receives an event T-shirt and medal, with awards presented for the running competition.
Pelham families are encouraged to register soon for this popular community tradition. T-shirt pickup will take place Friday, May 29 from 5:30–7 PM at Daronco Town House.
The Pelham Olympics is also seeking middle and high school student volunteers looking to earn community service hours while helping make the event a success. Parent volunteers are welcome as well. To register your child or sign up to volunteer, visit: https://pelhamcivics.
